New user not receiving Zoom invite emails
When onboarding a new employee for CBA/DBA, Melissa Nicoletti will usually send the new user an email invite to create a Zoom account, there have been a couple of instances where the new user never receives the invitation email. Here are a few steps to address the issue
- Try checking the new users quarantine, it can sometimes get caught in there. It may take a while for the invite to show up to begin with. For me it took about 24 hours to see the email show up in my quarantine.
- Try checking the new users Junk inbox
- If none of the above works, reach out to Zoom support and notify them of the issue. This has seemed to be the best fix. Zoom will reset the users information on their end and then have you resend the invite again.
The whole process is a little buggy but using the above steps should fix the issue.
