Licensed Lawyer Password Sync
This has not been an issue for a while but when it was happening Euclid sent us the following information on how to check if the sync is working or not. Rich Kuramshin 6 months ago Hi Mel, it could be due to storage issues. Did you guys clean up since then? Looks much better now. What happened is the LL sync process stopped on your web server a few weeks ago. I restarted the LL sync process AND I also created a scheduled nightly task to automatically restart it every night from now on, instead of it stopping and not running for weeks until we hear from you. All of the recently updated records (including the ones you mentioned) should be back in sync now, too. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Rich Rich, Thank you so much. Can you tell me where that sync lives so that we can trouble shoot in the future and not have to bother you or file a ticket. I think we can look at it we have had to restart app pools before I just don't think we know where this one lives. Thank you as always for your prompt responses and for always keeping us up and running. Hi Mel, it's all on your WEB server. The app and the log is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Euclid Technology\CVDataSync And the name of the Windoes service which controls wether the sync it's running or not is CVSyncServiceClient Thanks. Rich

Ability to send Confirmations from CV on Prem
Problem is with 32 bit vs 64 bit. Here is the solution from Euclid: Hi Mel, Since CV is a 32-bit app, to address this Cross-Bitness issue with a 64-bit Outlook, we usually recommend installing a COM server to facilitate the cross bit talk. You can download the COM Server via the link below. It acts as a proxy between the 32-bit CV and the 64-bit MAPI client. This is provided as a distributable by the MAPI components vendor and should work fine. http://www.euclidtechnology.com/Portals/0/downloads/RwEasyMAPI64.zip After downloading, you can unzip and copy this file to the Euclid folder and register it as follows: Open a Command- prompt as an Administrator. Change the folder to Euclid folder where CV9.exe resides. (cd ‘C:\............’). RwEasyMAPI64.exe /regserver The above 3rd step will register the COM Server. Then ‘EXIT’ the command prompt. We can have a follow up call if you have further questions. Jude, Thanks,

Adding Rooms to Staff outlook
All staff has access to the Room Calendars. They are in resources when you go into 365 as an admin, and are listed under users. Open outlook and go to your calendar. Once there click on the ellipse on the upper right hand side then click add, Click from room list, then add East 1, East 2, South 1, South 2, South 3, West 1, West 2, Lobby and Member Office. (If you are using the new outlook these instructions won't work. Contact me if you are using New Outlook. I am still learning those instructions.) Then click ok for each one and they should show up under shared Calendars. You may have to close outlook and reopen once you add them.

Adding SharePoint to File Explorer
Open Adobe DC Click on Add account Click SharePoint and enter the link CBA link: https://cobarorg.sharepoint.com/Shared%20Documents CLE link: https://cobarorg.sharepoint.com/sites/CBA-CLEStaffPage/Shared%20Documents Click ok. Go to file explorer Right click on Network Map network drive Click on the link that says connect to web site enter the above link Title it either CBA SharePoint or CBA-CLE SharePoint click enter If any errors come up go back to Network, right click to properties and set privacy to medium (seems that this is fixed and now Medium-High also works, but it was at one point that it had to be set to medium) Should appear under this PC. When (and it will) it breaks, simply open Adobe DC click on the CBA or CBA-CLE Sharepoint in the menu on the left and let it reconnect. This will allow the File explorer link to also reconnect.
